As your Holistic Life Coach I work with you to help you move your life in a positive direction.
Holistic/Spiritual Life Coaching is a powerful form of coaching that approaches every aspect of a person's life. The whole being; Body, Mind and Spirit. We are a total package, each individual action effects the whole person. Holistic coaching can help you identify destructive patterns, set goals and make transformational changes while your spirit connects with God/Your Higher Power.
THE HEALER WITHIN
- As you work through the process of holistic life coaching you will discover core issues that have led to your current situations that you wish to move on from.
- We will look at these situations from different perspectives to bring insight into the area that can lead to understanding, growth, resolution and peace.
